These are two 60-card theme decks with high quality cards. My 7-year-old takes one deck, I take the other, and we have a great time playing the game. Instructions are included, and so are the plastic coins for flipping (sometimes the cards tell you to flip a coin). So these two decks give you everything you need to play the Pokémon Card Game with your child.These decks can be expanded (with other purchases) to include all the cards mentioned, but please understand: there are no EX cards in these decks. You would have to buy those separately if that's what you're after. But if you're looking for a couple of extra theme decks, or just a way to start playing Pokémon with your child, this is a great choice.
