Really enjoy the game and so do our friends. Just one minor problem with the received game. The board was treated with Duct tape on the back side to keep it together. Was going to return it, but the over all shape was good.My fiance and I play this game weekly. We can play with adults or kids and still have fun. This game has the perfect mixture of strategy and luck. We had borrowed this game from my mom and decided we needed to buy our own, since we didn't want to give it back! We debated between buying just the deck of cards or the deluxe version with the board. We decided the board is best so that it's easier to remember where the cards go, so it's easier to teach others how to play, and so that there's never any confusion (Hey! That's my stock pile, not the draw pile!). One of the best games for all ages. I rarely find the "family games" to be fun. They often are not challenging at all. This is so much fun for everyone!Love this game! I missed playing it! Having the game board makes playing much easier for younger kids. It came in great condition.I have had a Skipbo deluxe for many years. My 7 year old grandson learned to play and was fascinated with the game. So, got him his own for Christmas. It was a big hit with the whole family.Paid too much! This game came to me missing cards from the deck. The board condition is important but the cards are more important because they are needed to play.Love this game. It is great for all ages and now with the board it makes it so easy.I thought the price was very high, but hopefully will have it for a long time to come.This is an excellent low-key game for children and adults. You can carry on a conversation and socialize without disrupting the flow of the game. It sets up with minimum space, has easy to learn rules, and is very entertaining. It makes you think and resort to strategy without requiring your total mental concentration. It is competetive without being cutthroat, so you're unlikely to make others who didn't finish first feel stupid. In fact, they will probably win the next game!My parent had this game for years and played it a lot and it finally wore out . They are 82 and they still are playing the game. So for my dad's birthday we bought him a new oneExcellent game! Very hard to find. Thank it make a person very happy
